Sean Berg, Founder & Executive Director

Sean is in his 22nd year of serving as a Performance Tour and Festival Manager, having started his journey in New York City producing festivals at historic Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. In 2012, he established Sechrist Travel in order to continues his work with customized experiences and in February 2014, Sean relocated to the Seattle, WA area.

Sean received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Clarke University (Dubuque, IA) and his Master of Music in Choral Conducting from East Carolina University (Greenville, NC).

In addition to coordinating music festivals and performance tour opportunities to qualified bands, choirs, and orchestras to international and domestic destinations, Sean is also the founding Artistic Director and Conductor of The Mill Creek Chorale, a 100-voice adult community choir. During his tenure in New York City, Sean also served as the Artistic Director of The Celebration Singers of New Jersey from 2001 to 2013. He has also served as Director of Choirs at Dowling High School (Des Moines, IA) and the LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts (NYC).

Ensembles under his direction have performed at Carnegie Hall (NYC), Orchestra Hall (Chicago), The National Cathedral (Washington, DC), St. Patrick’s Cathedral (Dublin, Ireland), and NotreDame de Paris (cathedral church in Paris). His ensembles have also enjoyed International Performance Tours throughout Central Europe and the United Kingdom.

Jeremy Young, Ensemble Services Manager

Jeremy brings over 30 years of instrumental and choral experience as a collaborative pianist in the Greater Seattle area. At the young age of 12, Jeremy made his professional debut with the Everett Symphony and has been charming audiences in solo and collaborative performances ever since.

A former student of Judy Baker, Western Washington University, and the highly respected music program at Edmonds Community College, Jeremy brings a refined and collaborative experience to the ensembles and musicians with whom he works in multiple genres of music. Jeremy serves as the collaborative pianist for the Mill Creek Chorale and as the organist for Holy Rosary Parish in Edmonds, WA.

Jeremy has extensive travel experience and enjoys visiting his favorite destinations including Prague, Salzburg, and New York City. When he is not making music, Jeremy enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and 5 children.
